The ZFHOA maintains a database of all residents' and businesses within the suburb. The primary reason for this is to ensure speedy and effective communication of security incidents that may occur in the suburb. Should a security incident take place at your residence whilst you are away from home, the database enables us to make contact with you to make you aware of the incident and get your input on how you would prefer the incident to be managed. In addition to this, the database also ensures that we are able to keep residents abreast of all matters relating to the suburb through the distribution of newsletters, WhatsApp group communication and SMS'.
