Following a spate of Burglaries & Thefts recently, and taking into account the historical violent House Robberies, the ZFHOA Board of Directors have Voted in favour of a proactive measure which proved very effective in 2010.

As such, we ask ALL Residents to assist us to facilitate this proactive measure by sharing this message amongst Residents, Employees, Family & Friends within this community;

A once-off REWARD of R10,000 has been offered by the ZFHOA to anyone who can supply INFORMATION leading to the capture and CONVICTION of the Perpetrators of the recent Burglary’s and House Robberies in our community.
