no road closures or booms, no dedicated guards or patrol vehicles, totally unrestricted access!

Our streets used as a thoroughfare to avoid peak-hour traffic on Bowling and Kelvin.

Overgrown parks and stream, no more peaceful walks, jogging or cycling,

property prices in continuous decline, etc.

This is not a pretty picture and most certainly not a place any of us would like to live in....

Working closely with our Ward Councillor, Community Police Forum, Local Government Authorities and the Residents of Gallo Manor, we aim to promote a safe and secure suburb and safeguard the interests of our Residents.

In order for us to achieve our goals we rely on the co-operation of residents to both volunteer and contribute to the homeowners association. The current monthly levy is R 550 per household per month (effective 1 July 2018 to 31 May 2019). Please note that this contribution has nothing to do with any private contract that you may have with your security company (e.g. FADT) for the security of / armed response to your private property. Should you not already be a member and you are interested in joining the association, please complete the below so that we can add your details to our database and send you a ZFHOA Debit Order Form for completion. Payments may also be made via EFT or direct deposit into the ZFHOA's bank account:
